Hi, my name is Austin Bishop, and I am the owner and assisted stretching practitioner at Go Recovery KC.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies, more than eight years of experience as a personal trainer, and over two years of hands-on assisted stretching experience. I am certified through StretchLab and ISSA and have completed more than 2,500 assisted stretching sessions, backed by consistent five-star reviews.
When you visit Go Recovery KC, you will always work directly with me. You will not be passed from one employee to another or have to explain your goals, limitations, and problem areas to someone new at every appointment.
I personally monitor your progress, learn how your body moves, and adjust each session based on your individual needs. That consistency allows us to build a plan that supports long-term improvement in your mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall quality of movement.
